Access credentials provided for the LMS are personal, confidential, and non-transferable. They may be used only by the authorized user.

All content available within the LMS is intended solely for learning, training, and knowledge-building purposes for internal users and authorized clients.

Any demonstrations, sample data, scenarios, configurations, outputs, reports, or results displayed within the LMS are illustrative and simulated in nature. Such content must not be relied upon for operational processing, business or management decision-making, regulatory or statutory compliance, audit, legal, or production purposes.

By accessing or using the LMS, users acknowledge and agree to use the platform exclusively for training and educational purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.

CapItAll shall not be responsible for any misuse of the Service or reliance on LMS content beyond its intended learning purpose.

Use of the LMS is subject to CapItAll's Privacy Policy, which outlines the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and information security requirements.

Termination

CapItAll may suspend or terminate access to the LMS at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the right to use the Service shall immediately cease.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
